I use a G&L L-2000 bass guitar that I bought late 2008 that has never let me down. This bass has a versatile sound that can be changed at the flick of a switch, can adapt to almost any style of playing and has a wicked tone for slap bass.
Amplifier
I have also been using a Marshall Bass State Amp when playing live and for my recent recordings with Sawsound. Although this amp delivers a kick and a fairly big sound live it is not the best amp available. Hoping to soon upgrade to something new.
